This page provides help with the most common questions about our shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the US. Unfortunately, international shipping is not yet available.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. After your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information for your purchase.

Can I track my order?

We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Do you sell wholesale?

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select stockist partners which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that AYZACO is a good fit for the partners we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like inquire about carrying AYZACO please email hello@ayzaco.com with the subject: "Wholesale Inquiry".
